Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of SRIJAA products. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All products, except Srijaa Essence and Srijaa Royale, will be processed and dispatched within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Made-to-Order Collections

Srijaa Essence and Srijaa Royale are personalized, made-to-order collections crafted exclusively for each client. Therefore, these orders require 20–25 business days for production before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and the logistics partner’s service availability.

4. Payment Policy

A 100% advance payment is required to confirm and begin processing every order.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Every garment undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. As each order is carefully checked and many pieces are made specifically for our clients, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
